Many of us, are always running short of time and find excuses not to eat properly. Smoothies are a great way to get loads of vitamins in!
I love smoothies, but i find that sometimes i cant be bothered cutting everything up.. I came across a blog with this fantastic idea:
Try prepping a weeks worth of smoothies all at once! Just divide the fruit n veg into little snap lock bags, label and chuck them in the freezer. Next time you feel like a smoothie (and can’t be bothered doing all the prep) it’s already done for you!
I add chia seeds to all my smoothies giving an instant dose of protein, calcium, omega 3, minerals and antioxidants! :)
